This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the PSi Discussion Designer (the “Game”).

1. The Data Controller

People Supported Technologies Ltd. is the Data Controller for this process. This means we are responsible under data protection law for looking after your information properly and lawfully.

2. Information We Collect

By ticking the consent box and using this simulation, you give us your consent to process the following information:

  • Contact Information: Your email address, collected on the landing page for lead capture and follow-up communications.
  • Consent Records: A record of your consent and a timestamp of when you accepted these terms.
  • Gameplay & Configuration Data: Your 10 variable selections (e.g., time settings, voting methods) and your “Title/Question” text.
  • Performance Metrics: Your scores (Total, AI, and Static) and the feedback generated based on your gameplay.
  • Technical Session Data: A unique Session ID (UUID) and timestamps for analytics and session tracking.

3. How We Use Your Information

We will use this information for the following purposes:

  • Simulation Feedback: To score your choices and feedback.
  • Lead Nurturing: To follow up with you after the game with reporting, research findings, and information about the PSi platform.
  • Security & Abuse Prevention: We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to detect bots. This involves sending a token to Google to verify you are a human user.

4. AI Processing & Safety

To provide an interactive experience, your “Title/Question” is processed by AI.

  • Safety Referee: Your input is first checked by a AI “Safety Referee” AI to block harmful content.
  • Anonymity: No personal data (such as your email) is sent to the AI—only the text of your Title/Question is shared for evaluation.

5. Storage

No Cookies: We do not use tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention

  • Session & AI Data: Retained indefinitely for analytics and quality monitoring.
  • Email Addresses: Retained indefinitely for communication purposes until you request deletion.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to ask us to remove your data from our records. You can also ask us to:

  • • Access a copy of the data we hold.
  • • Correct inaccurate information.
  • • Restrict how we use your data.
